Dylan has always been driven by people, growth, and creating environments where others can level up. As a Sports Tutor at NZIS, he works with students to build pathways into sport, fitness, and future careers - mentoring, guiding, and helping them back themselves to take the next step.

Sport has been a huge part of Dylan’s life, from coaching rugby league across youth, regional, and national levels to running strength and conditioning sessions focused on performance and confidence - on and off the field.

Energy. Structure. And a bit of hustle.We train as a team - pushing each other, keeping it simple, and showing up with intent. Expect to work hard, have a few laughs, and walk out knowing you got better.
